本文研究认为，我国金融电子化将呈现电子支付体系现代化、数据高度集中化、电子银行应用广泛化、金融业务网络化和货币电子化五大趋势，极大推动金融创新的发展，金融业务模式发生根本变革，战略风险、操作风险、信誉风险、法律风险等出现新的重大变化，金融风险的来源、范围、结构、复杂性和影响程度极度扩大，传统的监管原则已不再适应金融业发展的需要，监管方式必须向非现场监管和现场检查的有机结合转变，原有的监管手段失效，金融监管的内容也有了更广泛的内涵。
